Jet Black Cat Music (JBCM to our mates) is an independent record store living in one of Brisbane's best suburbs, West End. We sell vinyl and host some pretty great instore events. 

JBCM stocks new music from local and international artists who we think are amazing. Our online store allows you to check out what is coming up, pre-order vinyl and purchase some of the great stock we have in store.  

Our store is fronted by Shannon Logan and staffed by some of Brisbane's greatest music lovers. Our team's extensive knowledge and passion for great music will help you find what you are looking for, even if you don't know what it is yet! If we haven't got something you are looking for, ask us and we will see what we can do.

Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds and exchanges are granted (if applicable)
- Vinyl records that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email jetblackcatmusic@gmail.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
